Erica Barnes co-founded Outdoor Amenity Co. to bring a designer's eye to outdoor living spaces, creating environments that feel intentional, cohesive, and connected to the broader property.
With more than 21 years of design experience and work spanning over 100 properties across 22 states, Erica brings a refined understanding of how thoughtful environments shape the user experience. Her approach connects the aesthetic vision of a property from the interior through its outdoor spaces while balancing beauty, functionality, durability, and long-term value. Erica leads Outdoor Amenity Co. and Studio B Design Group from Fort Worth, Texas.
Will Snow
CEO & Co-Founder
Will Snow is the CEO of Outdoor Amenity Co., where he leads outdoor amenity product sourcing and procurement for multifamily and commercial real estate. He brings more than seven years of B2B sales and business development experience across telecom, SaaS, and automotive technology. Earlier in his career, he served as VP of US Sales at Geartech Technologies, consistently exceeded quota as an Account Executive at Verkada, and co-founded CarChing as Chief Sales Officer, alongside senior sales and business development roles at Hammer Corp and Cyber Trust Alliance. Based in Texas, he is known for consistent sales overperformance and building sales operations from the ground up.
